Reservation Supervisor, requirement :
Good experience in a Supervisor Position 1 -2 years
Good knowledge of all reservation’s requirements
An out-going, hands-on, dynamic, professional leader with excellent communication skills.
A natural team player providing a very personal and unique service to our guests.
Good communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English & Bahasa Indonesia
Graduate min Diploma D3 from related field.
Responbility :
To ensure that all reservations are thoroughly reviewed prior to guests arrival.
To ensure/establish tracking mechanism of room nights production based on market segment & geographic.
To monitor reservation forecast.
